Anne Byard’s class is a supportive, contemplative & gentle, all-level practice emphasizing spacious mind and deep awareness of body, breath and being. Each 1.5 hour practice includes: an articulate dharma opening saturated with deep, often humorous wisdom teachings from all traditions, a soft-held yin practice, a mindful blend of traditional Hatha and Slow-flow, supportive restorative shapes, and a skillfully guided deep relaxation.
