Take a mid-week break from the pressures of school, friends, and homework to center your busy mind and strengthen your core in order to meet the demands of your life with ease. Through setting intentions, yoga poses, music, and breathing techniques, you’ll discover how the wisdom of your body can help you respond to stress with resilience. Be prepared to create strength, breathe deeply, use your creativity, and cultivate the unique beauty of your Spirit.
